Apple Cake

This recipe was given to me about 15 years ago from a friend. It is a very moist cake, and very easy to throw together. I usually use the lesser amount of sugar.

7 apples cored and shredded
½ cup melted butter
1 cup sugar (can be ¾)
1 cup brown sugar (can be ¾)
3 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 ¼ cups flour
2 ¼ teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Mix all ingredients together well. Spray bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350*. Let sweat for 1 hour in the pan. Turn out of pan and glaze.
