The Best Bean Dip (Salsa Variation) in the World

I stole this recipe from Aunt Jana so I cannot take full credit, but I have tweaked it just a little. It is our absolute favorite for parties and definitely addicting.... especially if you love Cilantro as much as I do. Here it goes.

Ingredients:
-6 tomatoes finely chopped or 3 cans of petite diced tomatoes
-1 bunch of green onions chopped
-1 bell pepper chopped
-1 bunch of cilantro chopped
-1 can of black beans (drained)
-1 can of shoepegged corn (drained)
-1 avacado chopped
-1 packet of Italian dressing made (make up the mix and add it to the veggies)
-1 full lime squeezed into the whole mixture
-salt & pepper to taste

Just throw all this in a bowl mix well and serve with tortilla chips. I find that this even tastes better the second day after all the juices have mixed together..... don't skimp on the Vinegar in making up the Italian Dressing.

Enjoy!

I have always just used bottled italian dressing for this. Today, I decided to make it just as it says (making up a packet of italian dressing) Might I say, while it is good with bottled dressing, it is better, and cheaper, if you make it as it says, from the packet. So yummy!
