Granola

6 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of wheat germ (I usually use just regular whole wheat)
1/2 bag of unsweetened coconut (about 2 cups)
3 T of flax seed
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 c of nuts (in any combination)
1 c of vegetable oil
1 c of honey
2 t vanilla

Mix dry ingredients and then add wet. Spread on well-oiled cookie sheet and bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes or so until it is golden. Periodically stir while baking. After its done baking immediately put it into a large mixing bowl or it is difficult to get out of the cookie sheet. At this point I usually mix a bit more honey and add dried fruit if I desire (such as craisins, raisins, or dried bananas, etc.)
