Rosemary Bread

2 1/2 t yeast
2 cups water
1 T sugar
2 t salt
4 cups flour
Fresh Rosemary
Melted Butter
Sea Salt

-Put the yeast, water, sugar, salt and some rosemary (you can use fresh or dried --the flavors are different but both are good) and swirl just until mixed
- Add four cups of flour and mix until all of the flour is combined (do not knead)
-Let rise in mixing bowl for one hour
-Using wet hands (dough should be really sticky) shape the dough into two round loaves on a greased cookie sheet
-Let raise an additional hour
-Melt some butter (about 2 T) and brush over loaves and sprinkle loaves with sea salt and more rosemary
-Bake in preheated oven at 425 degrees for 10 minutes and then lower the temperature to 375 for an additional 15 minutes.

Enjoy!
