Egg Roll Sauce (Janice's Yummy Recipe)

As Janice says "This sauce is the only reason I make eggrolls." Yummy, yummy.

1/2 Cup Vinegar
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons of Yellow Mustard
2 Eggs Beaten

Combine all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until it boils.
