Jell-O Chocolate Pudding Fudge!

This is the easiest, most DE-licious fudge! Be sure you have more will power than I do if you are going to make this! I could sit and eat the entire pan in one sitting!

1 pkg Bakers semi-sweet baking chocolate

1 stick of margarine or butter

1/3 cup water

1 (4 serving size) pkg instant chocolate pudding

3 cups powdered sugar

Microwave 4 of the squares of chocolate, 6 TBSP of butter and water in a microwavable bowl for 2 minutes, or until the butter is melted. Add the dry pudding mix and stir until well blended. Then add powdered sugar, one cup at a time. After it is all well blended put into a foil lined 8 inch square pan. Microwave the other 4 chocolate squares and other 4 TBSP of butter in a bowl for 1.5 minutes, or until butter is melted. Stir until chocolate is melted, then spread over pudding mixture. Refrigerate until firm and cut into squares. (About 48) Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator with wax paper to separate.

I'm going to have to try this. What an interesting idea. I LOVE chocolate pudding. Yet another recipe to add to my must try list. Thanks again.

Went shopping yesterday and got everything to try this out. Usually I can tell how something will taste just by the combination of ingredients, but this one has me stumped. Can't wait to try it.
