Fresh Peach Pie

Slice 3 peaches in 9” crust lined pie pan.

Mash 2 peaches, Add:

1 cup sugar

3 tablespoons cornstarch (rounded)

½ cup water

Cook 5 minutes until it boils. Add: ½ teaspoon almond extract 2 tablespoons butter

Pour over sliced peaches. Chill.
