Chicken Pockets

This is a delicious recipe and really simple. It doesn't make very many, so its excellent for small families or for lunch with just the kiddo's!

4 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
(2 medium size chicken breasts)
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp milk
8 oz can quick crescents
Italian flavor croutons
Melted butter

Preheat oven to 350. Blend cream cheese & butter till smooth. Add chicken, salt, pepper, and milk and mix well. Seal perforations to make a rectangle crescent. Spoon 1/2 cup mixture into center. Pull corners in and seal. Brush tops with melted butter & dip in crushed croutons. Place on un-greased cookie sheet Bake 23 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 pockets.
