Asian Salmon

For those of you who don't like fish this recipe is actually really yummy without that fishy taste.
I use the frozen fish fillets from Costco, because they are easy, and the perfect size. You should first start off with making some rice to go with this. I have found that my rice always takes forever.

4 salmon fillets

Sauce-
2 T olive oil
4 T rice vinegar
4 T soy sauce
2 T brown sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
pinch of ground pepper
2 T sesame oil
1 tsp ginger

Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Slice shallow slices in the salmon. Place in a baking dish and cover with sauce. You can marinate this for 1-2 hours.... but I never remember to do this so you don't have to. Place in the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes. Pull fish out of pan and place on a baking sheet under broil for 5 minutes. Serve with rice and sauce out of the pan.
