Zucchini Muffins

Mix together:
1-1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 cup sugar
Combine with:
1/4 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup dry milk
1 cup shredded zucchini

Fill greased muffin pans two-thirds full. Bake at 400° F for 20 - 25 minutes. Take out of pans immediately.
