2 Large boxes of Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding
6 cups water
4 small boxes of orange jello
1 large cool whip
2 cans mandarin oranges (drained)
-In a sauce pan whisk together vanilla pudding and water. Cook over med. heat until thickened. Stir in orange jello until all dissolved. Remove from heat and pour in a bowl. Put in refrigerator and allow 2-3 hours to set up. When set, whip (with electric hand mixer or put into kitchenaid) until fluffy. Add the cool whip and mandarin oranges. Mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
