Bok Choy Stir Fry/Soup thing

1 lb shrimp (frozen & cooked, or uncooked and thawed)
1 lb of mushrooms sliced
1 T red cooking wine
1 tsp cornstarch
2 T sesame oil
3 T soy sauce
3 T canola oil
1/2 c chicken broth
1 bunch green onions, trimmed & sliced
1 head of broccoli
2 T FRESH ginger
1 large bunch of Bok Choy, cut into slices
6 oz snow peas
6 oz whole wheat spaghetti

-Cook Pasta al dente and set aside in large bowl, stir in sesame oil

-In a small bowl combine broth, soy sauce, cooking wine.

-In a wok (or large pan) heat the canola oil. Add in the onions, ginger, mushrooms and shrimp. Heat for a while until shrimp is pink and then add in the bok choy, snow peas, broccoli. Cook until you like the veggies (I like them on the crunchier side). Add in the bowl of liquid and then toss in the spaghetti. Stir until everything is well incorporated and serve immediately. Yum!
