Super Soft Sugar Cookies


1 cup butter (softened)
2 cups + 2 T powdered sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream (1 cup)
1 t vanilla
1/2 t salt
1/2 t baking soda
4 t baking powder
approx. 4 1/2 cups flour

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
You MUST chill these before rolling them out. I chilled them in the fridge for 1 hour and then in the freezer for about 10 minutes right before rolling them out.
