Peanut Banana Dip

Just made this one for the kiddos. They are fans. Whipped up really quickly and it is agreat one for child participation. I only had celery for the dipping (which they are tolerating) but I am pretty sure apple would be the dippers of choice. Enjoy. Fun kid snack.

1/2 Cup sliced bananas
1/3 Cup creamy peanut butter
2 Tablespoons fat-free milk
1 Tablespoon honey
1/2 Teaspoon vanilla
1/8 Teaspoon ground cinnamon

Place all ingredients in blender until smooth. Use this dip for apples, celery, and bananas.

- Our banana flavor was a little strong...but I'm not a huge banana fan, also, I used some very ripe bananas (ie. some very banana bananas) Next time, I will use them a little less ripe.
