Sorry Brittany, I completely forgot that you wanted me to post this recipe...but I guess it's better late than never! Here it is, my mother-in-laws recipe for BBQ pork chops which is my husbands favorite way to eat pork chops. Plus it's super easy!
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. celery seed
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 cups water
a few drops of hot sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
8-10 pork chops
Place pork chops in casserole dish. Mix rest of ingredients together to make sauce and pour over chops. Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
