Sour Cream Apple Pie

For not being a pie fan, I am a HUGE apple pie fan and this one sounds delicious.

9 inch single pie crust

½ teaspoon cinnamon
4 large apples, peeled and sliced

3 tablespoons flour

½ cup sugar

16 ounces sour cream

Line pie tin with pie crust and flute the edges. Mix apples wither sugar, cinnamon, flour and sour cream. Pour in pie crust. Bake for one hour at 375*.
