Italian Sausage Soup

My friend Becky gave me this recipe and its easy, delicious, and Jordan's new favorite! Give it a try!

1 lb. Italian pork sausage
1 large onion, chopped
½ c. chopped celery
Garlic clove
2 14-oz. cans chicken broth
1 14-oz. can Italian style diced tomatoes
1 c. water
1 package Betty Crocker Julienne Potatoes
1 c. milk
1 c. spinach leaves

Remove the skin from the sausage, cut into small pieces, combine with the onion, celery, and garlic in a large pot, and cook until sausage is no longer pink.
Stir in the 2 cans of chicken broth, the can of tomatoes, the cup of water, and the Betty Crocker Potatoes (the noodles and the sauce both)
Bring to a boil, then simmer for 15 min.
Add 1 cup of milk and 1 cup of spinach leaves
