1 package Devil's Food Cake Mix
1/2 cup shortening
2 eggs
Mix all ingredients together. Roll into dime-sized balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 4-5 minutes. Do Not overbake. They should be chewy. Cool and place on a rack.
Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 stick butter 4 c. powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients together. Frost the backs of the cookies and place together to make little sandwiches.
