8 oz fettuccine, uncooked
¾ c grated Parmesan cheese
⅓ c heavy cream
3 Tbs butter melted
1 clove garlic minced
dash ground nutmeg or pepper
cook pasta according to directions, return to pan
stir in remaining ingredients.
Serve immediately
Sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired
