¾ c brown sugar
1 ½ cup heavy cream
stir together and almost boil
remove from heat
add
4oz bitter chocolate
3oz semi sweet
wisk together until melted
add
¼ lb unsalted butter
1 or 2 drops almond extract
continue to stir until smooth
serve with anything and everything
