Cheesy Potatoes

potatoes - cut in thick steak fries
milk
cheese
salt and pepper to taste


Spray a 9x13 pan with pam. Spread the potatoes in a single layer and pour milk over the top (you will want about 1/2"-1" of milk in the bottom of your pan) Salt and pepper to taste and then cover with cheese. Bake in 350* oven for 35 minutes.

We love these potatoes too! For a little variation I like to sprinkle 1/2 a packet of dry ranch dressing over the potatoes before adding the cheese. It just adds a little zip to it!
